"Poor communication & follow up"

About: Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as a service user),

Attended an appointment recently. The two members of staff - who were lovely - tried to cannulate me for the CT scan but couldn't get a cannula in me. Yes, I am difficult to cannualte.

I was told that I would receive a phone call in the morning to go back down for the CT scan. As previously experienced, no phone call back, for me to yet again phone and be told I wasn't getting a call back today as the only consultant that can do this list was full for morning and afternoon.

I don't understand how NHS fife finds it acceptable to keep doing this. There is no point in saying sorry because it seems to mean absolutely nothing. There will never be any trust back for NHS Fife from me.
