"TAVI procedure at ARI"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Cardiology / Coronary Care Unit

(as a service user),

The TAVI procedure was very daunting. However my experience at ARI was fabulous. From the minute we arrived at the cardiac day case unit all the staff were welcoming and ensured I had I was fully informed. Everyone was kind and very professional.

Post operative care on Critical care was of the highest standard and I felt very well looked after.

The whole TAVI procedure has been a positive one. I can’t thank all the cardiac staff enough. The treatment and care I have had is an impressive example of the NHS at its very best.
