"All toilet in the clinic had the same issue"

About: Outpatients Services / Regional Diabetes and endocrinology centre

(as a service user),

I attended and spoke to a lovely receptionist, I was immediately taken in to get my weight and bloods completed and the nurse taking these was very professional.

I was then asked to give a urine sample, I went to the toilet to give this however was shocked to notice that anyone from outside could see me and I them. This should be rectified immediately as this is an invasion of privacy anyone could have seen me. 

I did report this to the receptionist on duty and all toilet in the clinic had the same issue.

Thank you for taking the time to highlight this issue, with the team. I want to reassure that this issue has never been brought to the attention of staff within the unit before and as a result, we have rectified this issue with immediate effect.

Thank you for you kind words for the staff and I will ensure that this is passed onto the admin team leader and my nursing team.
