"I feel like they've downplayed everything"

About: Millbrook Mental Health Unit

(as the patient),

I feel like my records aren't accurate, so now the doctor is going to have a false impression of me. They’ve made it sound like I’m making it all up and just a hypochondriac looking for meds. They’ve also just made it sound like my only issue is my family and the fact I don’t leave the house, rather than listening to me telling them what’s wrong. I feel like they’ve downplayed everything by saying it’s just depression. They're not  understanding that the way I’m feeling is not being caused by anything, I just feel this way.

Hi, I am really sorry to hear you feel that way. Would you mind posting what ward or service at Millbrook you are referring to please and we will try and get someone to contact you.
