Can never get a face to face appointment tried 2 weeks ago had a phone consultation was told to take pain killers ended up at hospital had a infection in my leg which had spread tried to get appointment this morning nothing again

Thank you for taking the time to feedback your difficulties. I am sorry that you have been disappointment by the appointment type you were offered. Most of our clinical team offer telephone appointments initially and will request that you come down to surgery if they feel you need to be seen.
