"Polite, kind and gentle with our mum ."

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Elderly Medicine (Wards 51, 52, 54,55, 57, 8a & 2a)

(as a service user),

Mum was treated in Ward 2 A by Frailty Team - all staff were friendly and professional.

Ward Sister Collette and Frailty practitioner Jayden particularly excellent . Jayden listened, explained and responded to our thoughts on mums health . Collette was very kind and responsive.

Student nurse Patricia was doing her first placement and was so polite , kind and gentle with my mum .

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was pleased to hear the care and treatment your mum received from the staff was to a high standard and she felt well cared for.

It was very encouraging to hear how the staff took the time to make your mum and the family feel comfortable and listened to. This must have been a massive relief to you in your mum's time of need.

I have passed on your thanks to the team who have asked me to thank you for your kind words. It really means a lot to the staff.
