(as a service user),

I was warmly welcomed by Anita RGU Student, Alison checked my details & introduced herself as had Anita. All was explained, both talked to me not over me, even when Alison was checking what Anita was doing. Every part of the xrays that they took were explained & at all times my comfort & safety was paramount & both made me feel safe, informed & relaxed. This is such a great local resource that is very much used. So a big thank you to you both, plus a very clean department.

I am quite new in post as a Support Manager with the Radiology service and it is delightful to read such wonderful comments about the person centred care staff are providing to patients. Anita and Alison will be delighted to know they helped you feel safe, informed and relaxed during your X-ray.
