"Excellent care received by multidisciplinary team"

I was first assessed by Dr Jennifer (Gastroenterologist) and her team Leanne (Gastroenterology Specialist Nurse) and Cherrie (Nursing auxiliary) - among many others over the following months.

There were many investigations over the next number of months - dating from Autumn 2022 and necessary treatments requiring monitoring and at times adjustments. 

At all times the staff were patient and understanding. Questions asked by me and my partner were many and frequent. My condition improved gradually over a period of months - but unfortunately I then required to be admitted to hospital. Having worked in mental health in the medical world, I will do absolutely anything to avoid spending time in hospitals if at all possible.

Again, staff knowing my reluctance and how hard this was for me did their absolute best to make the process as painless as possible. 

I am currently still attending hospital as an outpatient, having been discharged from the hospital and referred to the less intensive need for care by the gastroenterology team. 

I cannot thank the Hub team enough for my care throughout my association with them.
