I would like to express my appreciation to the staff of ward 52. Sadly my gran passed away last night however her care and attention from the staff within this ward was excellent and the care shown to our family was first class.

Being in the ward over the ten days I observed excellent practice and fabulous interactions between staff, patients and families. It was lovely to know that my gran and the other patients are being looked after by staff that really ‘care’ about doing the very best job they can.

Thank you from all the family Xx
