"My dad's treatment"

My Dad was in Lyndon 5 recently, and sadly passed away. I feel he was neglected terribly on that ward. I found the staff rude and dismissive. The management staff are the same, in my experience.

I believe my dad wasn’t monitored with his drinking, and he had to keep going on a drip. Other patients on the ward would tell me and my family that no one had been to see him all day.

We were only allowed to visit for an hour a day, and weren’t allowed to swap while other patient's visitors could stay longer and did swap.

We have written to the complaints department and it has taken them a year to reply. Basically they have denied everything and I believe they have not been honest about what happened. I don’t know where to turn. In my view, they treated my dad without care, like he wasn’t human.
