Good quality medical care undermined by chaotic administrative practices. The reception staff claim there is a queuing system but also allow people to push to the front, which is clearly not compatible with having a queueing system and undermines any sense of fairness and order from the outset.
Clarification is required. Perhaps signs could be put up confirming that a queueing system is in operation.
