"I felt that I was in good hands"

I was given an urgent appointment for a CT Scan at PRI. I appreciated the evening appointment as it meant I didn’t need to take time off work. I was given a call from the service as they had availability which was even better. 

On arrival I was taken quickly. I was given information about what the scan entailed by Colin. The process was seamless, I was put completely at ease and felt comfortable the whole way through.

Afterwards, Colin sat with me to see if the dye had any effects on me and we chatted. He seemed genuinely interested and caring as we spoke and I felt that I was in good hands. I developed a bit of a cough after a few minutes and he got me water and sat and chatted some more about me, my life, my health and made sure I was OK after the scan.

I left PRI feeling really grateful not only for an evening appointment with no queues or parking issues, but also grateful to have been under Colin’s care for the duration of my scan.
