Anything else?
My girlfriend was told to report to the maternity ward on 24th Sept got an induction of labour. We arrived before our 9am appointment and was told to wait as the bed was not ready. Once we were shown to the bed there has been little contact from any member of staff with even less information being relayed. If and when any news was given it was contradicted by another member of staff, an example being that a doctor/consultant had been contacted to come and review patients waiting to be taking to the labour ward. Only to be told after that particular staff member had gone home that the doctor/consultant had also gone home having no intention of making any visits that particular day. Also trying to find a member of staff apart from a cleaner to ask in the first place is proving harder than getting blood from a stone.
"lack of communication"
