Thank you for everything you've done for both me and my child. We're very sad to see you go but we're also very proud and happy for you. I'm so glad I had you by my side through pregnancy and becoming a mummy. We wish you all the best.

Thank you for your kind and thoughtful feedback. I appreciate that you have taken the time as a busy Mum to reflect on and write about how the FNP service in Nottinghamshire and your Family Nurse has helped and supported you in your pregnancy and your transition to parenthood. Hopefully this will help other young Mums to feel confident to take up their offer of FNP.
