"Highly impressed by the service I received"

I recently had to have a wisdom tooth taken out at the NHS Highland Dental Centre.  I was very anxious about this procedure despite not having a general fear of going to the dentist.  I have been highly impressed by the service I received. 

I was initially seen by Fiona within the dental team who was very efficient in her assessment and planning of the treatment required.  This appointment was followed up with treatment by Helen.  I was so impressed with her reassurance and calm manner.  She was professional throughout and made what was a very anxious situation so much better.  The procedure was swift and my recovery has been unremarkable.  A true professional.

I was also very pleased with the time scales involved.  I was seen by my own dentist, who referred me to the clinic.  The extraction happened in just under three months - this included a delay due to COVID and a holiday.

Overall, I am delighted with the service received by everyone involved.  I wish to convey my thanks to everyone I met at the Dental Centre. Your kindness and care made a very anxious patient feel a whole lot better.

I am pleased to hear that the team were able to offer you support and reassurance during an anxious time, not only for your initial appointment, but for your follow up treatment as well.

It is always a pleasure to receive such lovely comments and to know that the staff at NHS Highland are appreciated both for their hard work and for their caring towards patients.
