"Impartial and high standard care"

My Auntie was admitted to 2 South CAH as an inpatient in September, following a fall.

I wanted to provide feedback to highlight an exemplary member of the nursing team.

Staff nurse Eimear was an example of kindness and compassion, and an excellent communicator.

She took the time to speak to me as a relative, as well as my Auntie. She was reassuring and acted appropriately and and professionally following our conversation.

I was particularly impressed, as my Auntie is a member of the LGBTQ+ community and has not received this impartial and high standard of care elsewhere in the past.
