"Making appointments online"

About: Millcroft Medical Centre

I understand you have stopped using Patchs. Do you have an online alternative to book requests, accessing triage forms online or are we back to the old system of ringing and waiting ages in a queue of people? I have tried using the NHS app as directed but it just comes up with 'out of core hours' cannot submit anything, at any time of day. Please don't let us have to go back to the old fashioned system of ringing and waiting ages on the end of a telephone. Please advise.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for your comments. Due to patient feedback the Practice made the decision to return to using the Accurx for our online services. Our Triage system is available from 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday. Please visit our website for further details on our online services.
