"Super service"

I went to Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy A&E with chest pain recently. I was seen within minutes, and transferred through to A&E almost immediately after triage. The junior doctor was charming and helpful. I needed to have a variety of investigations including a CT scan, but was in and out within 5 hours or so, which is impressive. I later went to the assessment ward which was remarkably quiet for a Sunday. All the staff were very kind, including the porters and radiology staff. As a fellow healthcare professional, I was really impressed by the efficiency and kindness. Well done and thank you.
