About: Northwick Park Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I Am writing to compliment my physio Mr Lad in the adult Physiotherapy clinic at Northwick Park hospital in North West London  

I fell down my stairs at home and fractured my left shoulder.

I have been seeing Vikash regularly and at a convenient time of 8.30 am.

I have ataxia which makes walking difficult and I use a stick.

So having strong working shoulders and hands was essential.

Mr Lad is a great young man, keen and confident in showing me I would improve. Every visit he has pushed me on and said to me I will improve.

Today I am so much better and it’s thanks to him.

I am so pleased that our NHS has people like him to look after us.

Its lovely reading the impact of those who have looked after you have had on your recovery.
