I have been on the phone for 73 minutes so far to attempt to cancel my son's appointment. I booked his appointment this morning and it doesn't appear online so I cannot cancel it there. I know that we would be blamed and criticised if we didn't bother turning up but expecting people to wait on the phone for over an hour to cancel an appointment is a joke!
