My 6 month old has had ongoing urology issues and has had frequent utis and admissions to our local paediatric hospital.
There has been fantastic support from both our local hospital who referred us to Miss Steven at Glasgow Children's Hospital, she called and spoke with me a week following the initial referral to her and offered to see and carry out the appropriate procedure to hopefully alleviate his issues.
From our first contact with Shezad medical secretary, to speaking with Miss Steven, then our admission and the procedure under a general anaesthetic, I couldn't thank the team enough for their reassurance and caring support.
Everyone on ward 1A was wonderful but I'd particularly like to thank Nicola and Louise play workers, Cn Suzanne, Stephanie, Janeba, Rachel staff nurses and Megan, student nurse Dr Singh and Miss Steven.
There was also 2 other doctors and the anaesthetist who were also lovely, but unfortunately I didn't catch their names.
Thank you to all the staff.
