"I was really nervous prior, but I was very reassured"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Podiatry

(as a carer),

Had a very good experience attending the afternoon clinic (podiatry) for an ingrown toe nail.

Student-podiatrist Aya (3rd year student) was very professional and very calming. The registered podiatrist in charge was fantastic as I was really nervous prior. She was patient and took her time. One thing I liked about student Aya was she asked for help when needed too.

I was very nervous prior to appointment but in actual fact I was very reassured. Credit well deserved! Thank you very much.

Dear ECD2002

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I can fully understand your trepidation prior to attending your appointment. Hospitals can be a daunting place at the best of times so to hear you felt fully supported by the staff was very encouraging.

It was nice to hear how Aya took the time to make you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your appointment. This must have been a massive relief to you.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a positive experience while under their care.

Kind regards

Kevin
