"Staff treated our Mum with respect and kindness"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Acute Receiving Unit (Units 1-5)

(as a carer),

We would like to thank all the nurses, doctors and domestic staff within Accident and Emergency at the QEUH in early November.

It was a busy day but all the staff treated our Mum who is an older adult and ourselves, her family, with respect, kindness and good humour.

Thanks to all staff.

Dear Tom87,

thank you so much for taking the time to submit a care opinion, I hope your mum is doing well. We are a busy unit but we strive to provide the best care to our patients & their families, I’m delighted you found your mum’s visit to our department a positive one. I have passed on your lovely comments to our staff who will be delighted to receive such an appreciative care opinion.

with kind regards,

Karen
