"Very professional and caring during a very worrying time"

About: Mater Hospital / Accident & Emergency Mater Hospital / Respiratory Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a relative),

My father is in his 80s was taken by ambulance to the Mater Hospital. I would like to thank all staff involved in his care.

The ambulance crew who attended his house were very professional and caring during a very worrying time . The staff in the Emergency Department were very attentive considering the department was extremely busy.

My father was admitted to ward B from where he was discharged after 3 weeks. The care on the ward was excellent and patient-centered. A special thanks to Sister Ruth who sorted his discharge, an amazing nurse
