"All staff were helpful, sympathetic and understanding"

About: Victoria Hospital / Pre-assessment

(as the patient),

I went to the Pre-Assessment Unit at Victoria Hospital. I was assessed by a nurse called Shannon, who was very polite, patient and customer friendly.

From the moment I entered the department to my leaving all the staff were excellent and helpful, sympathetic and understanding. Everything regarding my health to the forthcoming process for my surgery for a replacement knee was explained fully.

I can only praise the care I was given by all the staff at the hospital.

Dear Terence49,

Thank you for taking the time to provide such positive feedback about the pre-assessment department.

I am delighted to hear that Shanon and the other members of the team were helpful, sympathetic and understanding.

I am pleased to hear that you felt that the process of the upcoming surgery was fully explained to you.

On behalf of the pre-assessment team I wish you well with your upcoming surgery and recovery.

Steph
