About: Lime Square Medical Centre

Tried for 2 days to get appointment to see a doctor, no appointments available for 10 days receptionist seems to think she is a qualified doctor , can’t have an appointment on a Thursday cause they finish at 12 midday, can get you a phone call consultation in 10 days with a doctor !! How can he see what is wrong over the phone, Lime square is a shambles you phone for an appointment at bang on 8am and number 26 in the queue, will be looking at changing surgery soon

Dear Patient,

Thank you for your feedback. This may have been on one of the days the practice had been closed for the afternoon for training with cover arranged externally. We are constantly reviewing access and have several options available. Besides telephone and face to face appointments with the GP, we have other clinicians within the practice that may be able to help or we can refer you to the local Pharmacy Consultation scheme for minor ailments where appropriate. You can also access the surgery via online consultations via the website for non-urgent healthcare. We also have appointments available at evenings and weekend in the Extended Access Hub.
