"Poor care for my partner on wards"

We found the nurses to be rude where my partner was on Lister and Will Adams wards.

First my partner fell out of the bed of the night, did nothing, when I turned up for visiting I complained about not have an x-ray and they did take him he broke his hand was going to put plaster on it ever happened.

Move to Will Adams ward, nursing staff very rude, he needed ECG but two that was on the ward didn’t work next day, when to do it again and still didn’t get done. When he finally had it done showed on ECG that he had a slight heart attack, blood straight away to see how bad it was.

The ward was dirty, it smell, the food was disgusting, if elderly people are left on this ward they need decent staff who know what they’re doing to be able to look after them.

What is Will Adams ward what is it meant to be, I think it the worst ward I have ever been on.
