(as a service user),

A few weeks ago my Mum who reached the grand age of 95 required help as she was having real problems breathing.

The District Nurses and Health Workers immediately came to Mum's home and started treatment to assist her be comfortable again. Their quick actions and care gave our family the chance to have some quality time with her before she succumbed to her failing body.

She had her wish to pass at home and we would like to thank all the health care professionals who assisted her in fulfilling her wishes.

Please accept our condolences in relation to the passing of your Mum. Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such positive feedback for the District Nurses and health staff. I am so pleased that your Mums wishes were respected and that we were able to support this in the comfort of her home. I will pass on your feedback to the team.
