"Camhs NHS Tayside"

About: CAMHS (Outpatient Services) / CAMHS Outpatient Team (Perth & Kinross)

(as a parent/guardian),

My child has been so unwell and yet everything about this service has made their experience worse not better. We have asked for help, we feel ignored, we feel our voices are not listened to. Promises are broken and our young person is let down to the point they don’t see the point in us raising concerns as a family any more. This is so sad. There are good people in camhs but communication and thinking outside the box just does not seem exist.

I know I will get a message asking me to reach out and speak to you about this because I have messaged here - I have tried so many times and you don’t actually want the feedback to change.
