Today I attended the Orthopaedic Choice Clinic at Lymington Hospital and saw Komal. She was excellent. My hearing is very bad at the moment and she made a superb effort to speak clearly and slowly enough for me and with as much volume as I needed.
She took me very simply and efficiently through my history and symptoms and what I hoped to achieve in coping with my neck pain. By the end of the session she had comprehensive notes and we had a plan of action. The consultation wasn't rushed and I really felt well cared for. I'm very grateful for and reassured by the experience and feel optimistic about the way forward.
