"My family are so grateful for the way they looked after mum"

About: Bo'ness Hospital

(as a relative),

My mum was in Bo’ness hospital (ward 1) since August and sadly passed away in Bo’ness hospital this month.

Since the day my mum went to Bo’ness the care she received was first class, all staff from serco staff to students was excellent.

When my mum was in her last few weeks of her life the staff went out their way to make sure my family could spend every minute with my mum. It really did feel like a home from home. The staff went over and above to make sure we were all looked after.

My family are so grateful for the way they looked after my mum. Would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to each and everyone of yous, yous all done the NHS proud.

Hi Fam6

Thank you so much for your kind words and taking the time to post such positive feedback.

I am pleased to hear that the team at Bo'ness were able to support you during what must have been an extremely sad and difficult time. We always strive to offer a level of support and care that is not just person but family centred.

Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the passing of your mum.

Best wishes,

Michelle.
