"Rehabilitation centre"

About: Hillingdon Hospital

(as a relative),

My sister was sent here in COVID she had complications with her operation and woke up unable to speak or move any part of her body when she started to recover at Charing Cross she started to get her speech back and movement in her arm Charing Cross knew how scary this was for her so let me into see her then she was moved to Hillingdon rehabilitation where everything went wrong.

She went so down hill they was giving her tablets that she didn’t not require they actually took her phone off of her as she was calling me telling me the staff wasn’t coming to help her. So I would call them, so they took her phone from her. When I asked them about it they said they wanted her to rest I told them to never do that again.

On a phone call I heard the nurse telling another patient to stop pushing their bell. These people are they not the cause, they want to because they been through some trauma they need some sensitive. I took my sister out the hospital early and as soon as she was home a day she started to recover again the staff really need looking at they are not treating the patients well at all.
