Hello.
I had an appointment with the Therapy Students earlier this week and saw Hannah and Cassie. They were both bright, cheerful and caring and Hannah had lots of questions for me, then complimented me on my excellent oral hygiene regime. I had been a bit apprehensive before the appointment as I am needle phobic and was worried they would recommend an anaesthetic injection. However, as soon as I got into the surgery, I asked them not to use any injection and Hannah reassured me she had read my notes and knew about my phobia and did not think an injection was necessary. The treatment, which was a deep clean/water flushing of two teeth, one with a deep pocket and the other with a gap between the sides of the back tooth where the root furcates, was more or less painless and both Cassie and Hannah regularly checked whether I needed to swallow, sit up, or anything else. We discussed the various Tepe brushes and a Tandex brush that I use, as well as an electric toothbrush and they even let me keep the brushes Hannah had used, rather than waste them, which I consider very thoughtful.
My husband and I are very thankful to be patients at this facility. It is wonderful that the students have the time to be really thorough and take their time with inspections and treatments.
"Excellent experience with the Therapy Students"
