I had worrying symptoms of a women's cancer, I was referred to a Gynaecologist who saw me very quickly. The relevant tests were ordered and I was kept in touch with every step of the way. Following test results I was provided with treatment options for a non cancer diagnosis, all explained with great care and adequate time given for me to make my decisions. I was very pleased with the service provided and grateful to all of the team who were involved in my investigations and care. Well done NHS Shetland, Gynaecology team, Outpatients and Ultrasound team.
