My wife and I moved to the area in May and as a very high maintenance patient with a number of age related needs (and lots of expensive medications) I was more than agreeably surprised that the Practice accepted me as a patient.

Since then I have not disappointed the surgery with a wide variety of serious ailments presented to them to deal with. The entire staff from junior clerical staff, nurse practicioners and junior and senior doctors have been brilliant. They have listened attentively and intelligently to my problem and then supplied the requisite solution or resolution to the problem. Even packing me off to Stoke Mandeville on an urgent basis with what was highly likely to be a life changing set of symptoms on one occasion.

Another plus is regular phone calls to me from a nurse practiconer/pharmacist to assess how current medications are working and supported assistance to reduce dosages toward total removal of pain reliefmedications.

The Hall Practice and all its staff, should in my view, feel very proud of what the are achieving in The Chalfonts and I unhesitatingly recommend them.
