"Daughters tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy."

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics)

(as a parent/guardian),

I can not thank the staff at Cragivion hospital enough for all the care they give my daughter while getting her tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy.

From the blossom ward theatre and recovery every staff member was amazing. Cragivion hospital and the NHS is faced with such negative feedback constantly but I could not fault anyone or anything. The nurses, doctors, and consult and the health care staff, explained everything to us before during and after and reassured my daughter and me as it was the first time she had been in hospital for anything. If I could name everyone who supported us. I would but everyone of the staff that dealt with her care was fantastic. Thank you all so much

Thank you Author101 for providing this lovely feedback about your experiences of Blossom ward and theatre in Craigavon Hospital when you daughter was admitted for her tonsils and adenoids. I am very pleased everything worked out well for her and that it was such a positive experience. In particular I am pleased that you found the staff helpful and reassuring and they were able to explain everything to you and your daughter.

I wish you and your family all the best, David
