About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Haematology ward – ward 5

(as a service user),

I was unable to attend review haematology appointment due to having covid. Consultant arranged to phone me instead. Coordinated with GP practice and pharmacy to get prescription for new dose medication same day. Excellent example of seamless working by all NHS departments involved.
