My daughter attended physio with Margaret following fractured clavicle. When I rang the GP we were referred to Margaret the next day so no long waiting lists.
Margaret was excellent in her communication with Ciara. She took time to give her a full explanation of her injury using verbal, pictorial and 3D model.
She then gave her a full assessment and examination.
Margaret knowledge and skills were excellent, but what made this appointment so worthwhile for my daughter was the manner in which Margaret took time to communicate with Ciara at her level. Not an easy task when dealing with teenagers. In doing so my daughter listened , took on board all her advice , which greatly aided her recovery.
