"My mum was cared for with dignity and patience"

About: Victoria Hospital / Surgical High Dependency

(as a relative),

Staff at the SHDU, Victoria Hospital were attentive, kind and responsive. My Mum spent 1 week in SHDU and we all felt that she was cared for with dignity and patience. They acknowledged her as an individual taking time to get to know her as a person, making her feel heard and understood. We were grateful to be in the care of a team of such highly skilled caring professionals.
