About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I was greeted and made to feel comfortable. We went my history and what I was there for and I was made aware of gas and air use and alternatives.

The team were brilliant, I found the procedure extremely painful but they got the job done and helped me through the bad bits. They all seem to be under pressure but still had time to care for me. Brilliant.

Thank you for your very kind comments about our Endoscopy staff when you recently attended for your bowel examination. I am pleased to read that you found the staff to be "brilliant" hopefully this has helped to make you feel comfortable whilst in our care, we realise the importance of giving you information and options to help get our patients through difficult procedures at times,.

It is very much appreciate that you have taken the time to provide us with some feedback and I will pass your lovely comments on to the staff.
