I had an unexpectedly straightforward and brilliant experience with the NHS Lothian Audiology department on Lauriston Place.

I had a heading aid that needed to be repaired.  I emailed the team and got an email back almost immediately!

I then went in to the department to hand in my aid for repair, and the staff were so friendly and clear in terms of explaining the process. The hearing aid was ready within a week!

I wanted to write to thank everyone involved and say it is clearly a great-running department with really friendly and efficient processes in place.  Thank you!
