"Have given me the ability to trust again"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Urology( Ward 70)

(as the patient),

I was admitted into ward 70 recently during the night.

Staff were very welcoming and genuine, looked after me, gave me coffee and a sandwich, so thoughtful.

I'm a very nervous patient, as had a bad experience in the Royal Infirmary previously, but the staff in here have given me the ability to trust again , plenty of laughs and the general vibe in there with the patients is relaxing, I was in room 14. 100% to all the staff, the best yet 😀

Dear Superbpxf,

I am delighted to hear about your experience in Ward 70. The team in Ward 70 are passionate about patient care and understand how difficult it is for patients coming into the ward.

Your feedback is appreciated.

Many Thanks
