About: General Surgery / Minor Procedures Unit

(as the patient),

Literally and metaphorically wrapped in a warm blanket by the wonderful team of Mr khan and the nursing team.

Extremely positive experience from the moment we walked in the door—the welcome, pre-op, procedure and post-op.  Immediate positive outcome and I even received a coffee and some of the team’s digestive biscuits.

This is the NHS we all deserve and need. I understand NHS operate within set budgets, but if these budgets don’t enable the buildings to be maintained at a comfortable temperature for staff and patients then the government needs to think differently about how our NHS is funded, in my view. 

A*+ awarded for my experience today Thank you NHS 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
