"Amazed at the amount of help there is available"

About: Lanarkshire Community Services / Occupational Therapy

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had a house visit from Sarah and prior to her coming out I felt very anxious about the appointment. But was very quickly put at ease and I found her very friendly. I have had numerous follow up emails and calls from her and I have been amazed at the amount of help there is available.

I was provided with aids to help me manage better and they have been helpful although I did not like the bottom wiper but the hand rail next to the toilet has been great.

I felt Sarah went above and beyond to help me and I like that if I ever need to I can come back again in the future.
