I'm sorry to hear your experiences so far have not felt positive. I hope you feel able to discuss this with staff in the environment you are in.

Feed back to all areas can bring about change so I would encourage you to speak up to someone about how your experience has been.

On a positive note I am hopeful ATS will give you a positive experience in your pathway to discharge and I would love to hear more feedback from you throughout your journey.
