Been twice to Harris birthright for scan and both time I've been very pleased with the staff.
However, I am still waiting for 2 scans to be booked . Been on the phone 4and half hours waiting to have someone with no answer yesterday and today I've been on the phone for over an hour with still no answer. This is ridiculous.
