"Great experience of Loddon Vale"

The practice was brilliant in helping get my son an appointment today at really short notice.

At around 4pm we went into the surgery after seeing the pharmacist and being recommended that my son need to see a doctor as had infected fingers. I popped in to get some advice on the quickest way that we could get him an appointment and within minutes the receptionist has managed to get my son an appointment to see a doctor. It was amazing that my son was fit in so quickly and seen to get the antibiotics that he needed.

I would also like to thank the doctor who saw him. He was so friendly which straight away made my son relaxed and happy to show him the infected fingers.

Thanks for such a great service and for taking the time out of what I am sure was a busy day.
