"Monklands Hospital the contrast in care"

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Surgery (Wards 4 & 7) University Hospital Monklands / Medical Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

I was recently admitted to MAU and the care I received was minimal , the ward was noisy , untidy and staff lacked basic conversation skills. It was an awful experience.

My faith was restored in the hospital when I was transferred to ward 7 . The ward was calm , organised and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. It is a very efficiently run ward. 

Thank you for restoring me back to health
