Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback on your healthcare experience following a recent admission to the Emergency Department at University Hospital Ayr.

I am sorry to hear that you needed to visit our Emergency Department with persistent angina, however I was reassured to read that the environment, triage time, A&E nurses and reception were all good

When times are challenging, it’s always nice to hear positive feedback from our patients and it will be my pleasure to share your feedback with the wider Team in the Department.
