"We felt well looked after"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Maternity Care

(as a service user),

I gave birth at Wishaw in earlier this year and the care received was amazing. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned and we needed more help and intervention than expected with the birth. Every single member of staff we dealt with were professional and kept us informed and we felt well looked after. The midwives were particularly excellent, but the doctors, anaesthetist, surgical staff, after care were all fantastic.
